Flush doors in Nepal: a buying guide

Construction, thickness, bonding and finish — what to check before you choose a flush door.

Flush doors in Nepal: a buying guide

A door is opened thousands of times a year. A good flush door stays straight, resists moisture and termites, and takes paint, laminate or veneer well.

Construction

Duro Flush Doors use softwood plywood with cross-band layers for strength, bonded with phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin and protected with permanent preservatives against termites and borers.

Thickness

Thicker doors feel more solid and resist warping. Duro flush doors are available up to 38 mm thick.

Bathrooms and wet areas

Choose a PF-bonded door for bathrooms and seal all edges, including the top and bottom, after cutting to size.

Design

Duro offers 75 flush door designs. Browse them all on the Flush Doors page and note the design number when you enquire.
